RE: Cupboard Wednesday
Alright alright, I know you all want to hear about my adventures with Cupboard Wednesday. I understand I have left you all hanging, with questions like: What happened to Cupboard Wednesday? What about all of those cans of chili? Why don't you like chili? What's wrong with you? Well, I have succeeded in avoiding the dreaded chili once again by making one of the only dishes I know how to make: Chicken Enchiladas with Salsa Verde. These are really good enchiladas and kind of fun to make once you've done it a few times. But don't worry bloggers, Cupboard Wednesday will be back next week. I may have to succumb to the chili but I will try my damnedest to avoid it. Stay tuned. -NM

Sad, we only have cans of chili for our cupboard Wednesday haha! I think we are down to 6-8 cans compared to the 12 we had before. Btw, it's Hormel Chili with Turkey and Beans (99% fat free), good stuff, I highly recommend it. They have it w/o beans as well.
