Steena Say What?

Hello Blog,

At this point as followers of BubSteena we should all be aware of the fact that we tend to "embarrass" ourselves without remorse. I can confidently say that while we often use the blog as an excuse to do things out of our norm, well, we don't really need the blog for that, we are void of any norms. What am I leading up to you might ask? Well, Steena of BubSteena has been getting reacquainted with the world of dating.

*WARNING: This story is going to hurt - just imagine Forrest Gump in the world of online dating*

Steena was eagerly messaging back and forth with a fellow in a nearby town. (Messaging, you know the new and improved way to find a date these days - oh jeeze!) This fellow said that he would call Steena after this past weekend, as she had to work. During the weekend he left her a cute "don't work too hard, hope you're having a nice weekend"..blah blah blah message. She didn't respond. He then called her on Tuesday and left a fairly normal, somewhat awkward message saying hello and seeing how she was doing. Steena found this to be nice, but did not feel comfortable calling back right away. Tuesday night went by like a flash and suddenly she was into Wednesday, in an attempt to not be rude to this (random) fellow, and although she was extremely busy Wednesday, as well as Tuesday, she decided to call him, say hello and let him know that she could not talk, "because I am super busy." (WHAT?!) I know. Steena called a stranger that she had messaged with and told him that she was calling to let him know that she couldn't talk. In the good words of our good friend Forrest Gump, "That's all I have to say about that."
